Uncredited Deposit Return Application - Filling Guide

1. Feature Introduction


Suppose your digital asset deposit to MEXC has yet to be credited. In that case, you can submit the [Uncredited Deposit Return Application] form, and customer service will attempt to return your assets to you.
  • After submission, the review is expected to be completed within 1-2 business days, and the results will be notified via email/in-app notification. Please wait patiently.
  • After the review is approved, the estimated completion time will be displayed. If the recovery of funds is particularly challenging, the actual processing time may be extended.
  • Due to the additional technical and manpower support required to return incorrectly deposited assets, we may charge you a certain fee based on the situation. If it is ultimately verified that processing is not possible or if you cancel the application, the processing fee will not be refunded.

2. Under what circumstances can one apply for return via self-service?


(1) Your deposit status is shown as "Confirmed"/"Successful" on the blockchain explorer and meets the required confirmation number for the deposit but still has yet to be credited.
(2) You did not fill in / incorrectly filled in the [Memo/Tag] identifier during deposit, resulting in deposit not being credited.
(3) You deposited a crypto not supported by MEXC or used a network not supported by MEXC for deposit.
(4) You used special methods such as contract transfer / cross-chain transfer during deposit, resulting in deposit not being credited.
(5) Your withdrawal transfer order from MEXC was returned by another trading platform, and the refunded funds have not been received.
(6) You deposited funds to the MEXC hot wallet address, and they were not credited correctly.
Gentle Reminder: If you are unsure about the reason for the uncredited deposit, please submit this application, and we will promptly verify the situation for you and notify you of the review results.

3. Filling Guide

Deposit Information Form:

(1) Deposit Crypto: Please fill in the crypto name as displayed on the blockchain explorer.
(2) Deposit Network/Address: Please fill in the network and address information as displayed on the blockchain explorer. The deposit address may also be referred to as "to address," "Destination address," "Receiver," etc. If the deposit address includes a [Memo/Tag] identifier, please fill it in the format of [Address: Memo] (e.g., mxcexdeposit:12xx34).
(3) Deposit Amount: Please fill in the deposit amount as displayed on the blockchain explorer (up to 41 characters, 22 whole numbers + 18 decimal places). The filled-in deposit amount is for reference only, and customer service will process it based on the actual deposit amount associated with the TxID. Please refer to the final processing result.
(4) Deposit TxID: The TxID / Transaction Hash is the unique identification credential of the deposit on the blockchain. You can view and copy this TxID string in the withdrawal records of the withdrawal platform / wallet.


(5) How to fill in the TONCOIN Network TxID: If your original transfer TxID contains special characters that are preventing the submission of the [Uncredited Deposit Return Application] form, please follow the instructions below to copy the correct TxID for submission.

Confirmation of Return to Original Source Address Process:
  • After submitting the form, your return request will enter the preliminary review stage, which is expected to be completed within 1-2 days.
  • Once approved, MEXC customer service will immediately disclose the original return address to you (as shown in the picture).
Important Reminders:
  • Please verify that the displayed return address on the page is correct and can receive your funds properly.
  • After confirming that the address is correct, please click [Confirm returning to this address]. Your funds will be returned to this address.
  • If you notice that the address is incorrect or unable to receive funds, please click [Cancel Application] and contact online customer service to get the correct return address information.
  • Once you click [Confirm returning to this address], you confirm that the address is valid and correct. After this, if you fail to receive the returned funds successfully at this address, MEXC will not bear any responsibility.
